Our Complete Pulp Molding Production Line
A complete pulp molding production line is a complex system integrating mechanical, electrical, automation, and chemical technologies.
Pulping System
Waste paper and cardboard undergo pulping, pulp storage, and pulp conditioning processes, where they are stirred to the appropriate concentration before entering the forming stage.
Forming System
Pulp is formed by vacuum suction onto molds, with products removed by robotic arms for precise dimensions.
Drying System
Products undergo hot-air circulation drying in 180–200°C kilns, or optionally air-dry naturally for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Packaging System
Integrated stacking, compression, and bundling ensure consistent finished product quality.
